About Me
WHAT DO I DO?

⚡ Reset Your Nervous System. Reclaim Your Ease.

I am Rick Rodgers, LCSW, E-RYT 500, Certified iRest Teacher—a combat veteran (14 years, Afghanistan) and personal AUDHD navigator.

I specialize in guiding neurodivergent adults—including veterans, first responders, and high-stress professionals—who feel trapped by the grip of chronic stress, anxiety, trauma, insomnia, persistent pain, or addictive patterns. We move beyond ineffective talk therapy loops to create tangible, lasting change.

The Embodied Path to Freedom

My approach is unique, combining clinical depth with integrative practice, focusing on healing the body and nervous system first:

  • Long-Term: The core realization: "My struggles no longer define me."

You are already whole and fundamentally valid. Let us rest there.

WHAT'S THE WORD OUT THERE?

"After counseling with Rick for 1 week on issues concerning depression, and self-esteem.  Rick Rodgers has been very helpful and insightful throughout our many sessions together. Rick took the time to listen to my problems and helped me come up with many ways to tackle them. He helped me a lot when I was going through a big change in my life. Rick has been very insightful, non-judgmental, and patient with me. He allowed me to go at my pace and was willing to spend extra time trying to understand my problems and figure out different solutions and suggestions for me. I am in a much better place emotionally and mentally now and this is in large part because of him. I highly recommend him."
